New in 2025! Celebrating the NWR's 60th Anniversary we have commisioned Accurail to produce this beautiful Covered Hopper. Two Bay Covered Hoppers like this one often carried dry, heavy commodities like sand where weight would top-out larger cars before they were full. Cars like this one  were frequently in use serving cement plants. 

With a Build Date of 1966, this hopper would be right at home on any post-transition, Merger Era, or "Modern" layout or amongst a collection!

Each car is sold as an easy-to-assemble kit. Cars include plastic wheels and Accumate Couplers. Each car may be easily upgraded to the modeller's preferred brand of wheel and coupler.
